Breathe Through
The Round

Nasal breathing is how you hold a sustainable pace. The problem is keeping it when the round gets hard. That’s the problem we built for.

How It Works

The Problem

Your coach already told you the gauge: if you can breathe through your nose while you roll, you’re at a pace you can hold. Once you’re gulping air through your mouth, you’re running hot and the clock is ticking on your gas tank.

Knowing that doesn’t make it easier to do. Your nasal valve is the narrowest point of your airway, and the harder you breathe, the more each inhale pulls it shut. Right when you need your nose most, it gives you less.

It’s not your conditioning. It’s physics.

Why drugstore strips don’t cut it:

Ordinary nasal strips are designed for sleep: a still face, no sweat, no contact. If you’ve worn one into a hard roll, you know how that goes. It either holds or it’s in your training partner’s lap by the second round.

The Solution

CombatStrips: an external nasal dilator built for training, not for sleeping.

Medical-Grade Adhesive

Spec’d to hold through sweat and mat contact for a full session, then peel off clean.

Opens The Valve

Flexible spring bands lift the nasal valve open from the outside. Published research on external dilators measures about a 31% wider opening.

Matte Black

No beige bandage across your face. It looks like gear because it is.

What It Does

0%

Nasal Airway Opening

vs. unassisted breathing

The spring bands brace your nasal valve against the suction of hard breathing. Wider valve, less resistance, and nasal breathing holds up deeper into a hard round.

Keep Your Nose In The Fight

Thirty strips per pack. One per session. About 67 cents a roll.
