How It Works
Three simple steps to better breathing
1
Clean & Dry
Make sure your nose is clean and completely dry for optimal adhesion.
2
Apply Strip
Position the strip across the bridge of your nose and press firmly.
3
Train
The strip holds your nasal valve open for the whole session. Peel off slowly after training.

FAQ
Common Questions
Will the strips stay on during intense training?
That's the whole reason this product exists. Ordinary nasal strips are made for sleeping, a still face with no sweat, which is why they come off in a hard roll. CombatStrips use a medical-grade adhesive spec'd for sweat and mat contact. Apply it to clean, dry skin (that part matters) and it's built to last the session.
What do CombatStrips actually do?
Your nasal valve is the narrowest point of your airway, and CombatStrips mechanically hold it open while you train. Published research on external nasal dilators measures about a 31% increase in the valve's cross-sectional area and a real drop in nasal breathing resistance. On the mat, that means nasal breathing stays available deeper into hard rounds.
Can I use CombatStrips during no-gi grappling?
Yes. No-gi is the worst case for any adhesive: maximum sweat, maximum skin contact. It's the environment the adhesive was chosen for. Clean, dry application matters most here.
How many strips come in a pack?
30 strips per pack. One per session, so a pack is roughly a month of serious training at about 67 cents a session.
